Massage HealthOne does not accept insurance at this time. We can however, provide documentation for treatment for you to submit for possible reimbursement.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully.
Reservations:
To reserve your appointment, sessions must be paid for in advance before confirmation of appointment time.
Promotions/Packages:
Special packages are non-transferrable and non-refundable Massage sessions are good for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Reduced Fee:
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment:
All major credit cards via Paypal accepted for payment. Advance payment is required to reserve appointments.
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and/or have NOT given notice at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the FULL cost of the session.
